As a valuable Georgia Federal member, you have 24 hours per day, 365 days per year access to your account through online banking or through our Instant Access phone system.

Both the online banking and use of the Instant Access system require your GFCU account number and an access code. The creation of the access code must be done through our Instant Access system. The phone number in the Atlanta area to reach Instant Access is 770-621-5410; the long distance number to reach Instant Access is 1-800-226-3584. Please follow the steps below in creating your access code:

• Call the local or long distance number shown above.
• Once you reach the system, it will ask you to press 1 for the main menu of Account services.
• You will then be asked to enter your GFCU account number.
• You will then be asked to enter a 4 digit access code of your choice.
• The system will then prompt you to press 1
• You will be asked for your social security number for verification.
• Once you have completed these steps, you are ready for online banking GFCU’s Instant Access.

Your account number and access code are the same for both online banking and Instant Access. Our internet address is www.gfcuonline.org
